Panaloans is not a bank, lending institution, or licensed real estate broker. We facilitate structured financing connections between property buyers and capital providers.
To use Panaloans, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services.
Property data displayed on Panaloans is sourced from publicly available real estate listings. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of property information including prices, square footage, location details, or availability. Collateral grades, liquidity scores, and zone ratings are indicative estimates based on market analysis and do not constitute professional appraisals or financial advice.
Submitting an application through Panaloans does not guarantee financing approval. Eligibility assessments and match probabilities are estimates and do not represent binding offers. Final financing terms are subject to due diligence, legal review, and agreement between all parties.
All content on Panaloans, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, zone analytics, scoring methodologies, and software, is the property of Panaloans and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Panaloans provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Panaloans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, reliance on property data, or financing outcomes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Panaloans shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama.
Panaloans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
